The New Theatre operates under a dinner theatre agreement with Actors' Equity Association, the Union of Professional Actors and Stage Managers.

The theatre also works with members of the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers and United Scenic Artists.

All New Theatre productions are independently produced.
