Online Gift Certificate Step-By-Step Instructions

After clicking "Click Here to Order" you will enter the online Gift Certificate ordering section. The following directions will guide you through the ordering process.

• Before logging in, select the appropriate gift certificate using the pull-down menu at the bottom of the page. If you would like to purchase multiple gift certificates, click “Add Certificate” at the bottom left of the page.
  
• If you would like a message printed on the gift certificate, type your greeting in the “Printed Message” field. (Note: the “Printed Message” field is limited to 55 characters.)
  
• After selecting your gift certificate(s), enter your user name and password. If you have previously made purchases online then you will have a user name and password. If you have never made purchases online, you will create a new account by clicking “Create Account” and by following the on screen instructions.
  
  
* If you are a season member, use your online username and password
that was provided to you on your season ticket renewal invoice in
order to receive your season member discounted pricing. If you do
not have your username and password, please call our sales office
at (913) 649-7469.

• If you would like your gift certificate sent to a different address, you will first click the “add/edit” link above the current address. Click “Add Address,” fill in the appropriate information and click “Apply.” Then, click on “Shopping Cart” at the top of the page. You will then take the same steps to edit the name to which the gift certificates will be shipped. Click the “add/edit” link above the current name. Click “Add Contact,” fill in the appropriate information and click “Apply.” Click on “Shopping Cart” at the top of the page and use the pull-down menu’s to select the correct shipping name and address.
  
• At the bottom, you will need to select a delivery method. It is very important that you select an option starting with “Gift Certificate” rather than “Tickets.” If you select “Gift Certificate – Pick Up,” your certificate will be held at the box office for you to pick up at your convenience. In this case, the gift certificate will not be mailed.
  
• Click “Continue” at the bottom of the page.
  
• Review your order and enter your payment information. Click “Buy Seats” on the right hand side of the page. At this point, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your order.
